HSF System continues as a partner of the cycling team Česká spořitelna – Accolade cycling team also in the season 2021. Czech bikers last presented themselves in Spain. The Andalucía Bike Race, included in the World Cup, offered great heat and a challenging route measuring 300 kilometers. The marathon race ended in the final fifth stage with the success of the Czech duo Tomáš Višňovský and Marek Rauchfuss, who finished in fifth place. Overall, they finished one place behind the elite ten. The second team, consisting of Olympic winners Jaroslav Kulhavý and Matouš Ulman, had to withdraw from the race prematurely due to health complications.
Culture lives on. Sorfest 2021 will be in September
The Sorfest music festival, which HSF System has long supported, has postponed the date to September 18, 2021. The popular festival of rock, metal and punk music will be offered by 17 bands on three stages. Krucipüsk, Limetall, Plexis or Dark Gamballe, for example, will perform in the premises of the Silesian-Ostrava Castle and Loděnice pod Hradem in Silesian Ostrava. The accompanying program includes various workshops or a helicopter sightseeing flight.
Stavitel magazine published the current Construction Contractors Rating 2020 (RABF), in which HSF System was ranked among the five best construction companies in the Czech Republic. The ranking consists of a point expression of the quality of participants from 23 Czech national and regional construction competitions, such as Construction of the Year, ČKAIT Engineering Chamber Award, Czech Architecture Prize, Wooden Construction of the Year or Construction of the Moravian-Silesian Region. The ranking of companies is compiled by the Foundation for the Development of Architecture and Civil Engineering. In this year’s edition of RABF, a total of 339 construction companies operating in the Czech Republic are evaluated. International award for Antracit Point in Slovakia
The new headquarters of our subsidiary HSF System SK succeeded in the international architectural competition BigSEE Architecture Award 2021. The Žilina office building called Antracit Point won an award in the category of public and commercial architecture. The A. R. K. studio is behind the architectural design. Every year, 19 European countries are involved in the BigSEE competition, including Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Italy and Austria.
Balance Club Brumlovka in Prague’s BB Center is going through an extensive reconstruction this year, which is being carried out by our company HSF System as the general contractor. The reconstruction takes place in two stages. In mid-August, the modernized changing rooms and facilities were reopened, and during the autumn, the entire 3rd floor will open. The investor is the PASSERINVEST Group. The total cost of the reconstruction amounts to CZK 100 million. Balance Club Brumlovka is an exclusive club that ranks among the top Czech fitness and wellness centers in the Czech Republic.
Last year, we achieved a turnover of almost two billion crowns. Consolidated revenues increased by 25% year-on-year and consolidated net profit by 130%. We have fulfilled all our strategic goals both in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. We strengthened our position in both construction markets, maintained the quality of work and the deadlines for construction. We have also introduced new technologies for the design, preparation of production and construction through the BIM methodology. New interiors
We started modifying the interiors of the modern wellness and fitness center Balance Club Brumlovka. The premises are part of the Brumlovka Building in the BB Centrum complex, which is being built and developed by the PASSERINVEST GROUP. After the successful implementation of the Community Center in Sedlčany, we continue to cooperate with PASSERINVEST GROUP on this project in Prague.
Not even closed dormitories will stop the HSF System from working on construction sites
Current constraints bring new challenges for our company. Therefore, in order to meet our obligations to investors and to ensure the smooth running of construction, we are taking new measures. Due to restrictions on the provision of accommodation services, one of them is to provide accommodation for employees in caravans directly on construction sites
We have contributed to the Orphan Center in Africa
The orphan center in Mahango is a project of the organization No Mom, which helps children without parents in Africa to stand on their own. The center takes care of 32 children and without financial donations could not provide them with enough food, clothes or necessary school supplies. Gifts also help to improve the local hygiene conditions. The center has two dormitories for girls and boys and a shared dining room with kitchen. Thanks to 25,000 crowns from HSF System, the center will be able to cover the waste pit draining waste from the septic tank and provide a cleaner environment for children this year.
The HSF System again supports amateur skiing. This year, the sixth annual RENSAR SKI CUP 2020 public ski event takes place in Beskydy Mountins, the Bílá area. There are four categories – women, men, boys under 12 and girls under 12. The whole family can try a giant slalom. The first successful race had over 120 participants. Non-traditional prayer room opened
A new Community Center and a unique house of prayer were established in Sedlčany and officially opened by the non-profit organization Maranatha. A distinctive element in the main hall of the house of prayer is the baptismal font for baptism by immersion by sculptor Jaroslava Kadlecová. The second building is designed for a variety of activities such as English lessons, lectures on health and education, and family events. HSF System, as the general contractor of the project, designed and used completely new technical solutions for the realization of facade and roof design elements. The design of both buildings was created by the architectural office A8000 s.r.o.
The bikers Jaroslav Kulhavý and Matouš Ulman finished on excellent 3rd place in the tenth year of the stage race Brasil Ride. They showed their strength especially in the last stage 7, which the Czech guys managed to win. Jaroslav Kulhavý thus gained other necessary UCI points to qualify for the Olympic Games in Tokyo 2020. The Česká spořitelna-Accolade cycling team, supported by Matouš Ulman, is supported by HSF System.
The general contractor for the construction of a large-scale warehouse for PHOENIX pharmaceutical trader, which is the number one on the distribution market for pharmaceuticals in the Czech Republic, is the construction company HSF System. The project includes the construction of a storage hall worth CZK 500 million with a planned completion date of autumn 2020. The new automated center will cover the area of 21,000 m2 using the latest storage technology and the highest quality safety standards.
Success in the competition for the best buildings of the Moravian-Silesian Region
HSF System, as a contractor, received two honorable mentions in this year’s 13th edition of the competition “Construction of the Moravian-Silesian Region 2018”. In the Family Houses category, the jury awarded the family house in Frýdlant nad Ostravicí. The second prize in the Industrial Building category was awarded to the administrative and storage area of High Lite Touring in Ostrava-Poruba. The ceremonial announcement of the results, attended by the Governor of the Moravian-Silesian Region and prominent personalities of the region, took place on 13 June in the industrial premises of the Landek Park complex. The long-term goal of the contest is to present and promote quality projects and constructions in the Moravian-Silesian Region.
HSF System competes for the Czech Architecture Award
After last year’s reconstruction of one of the pavilions and an extension of the Hospital in Dačice , a Home for the Elderly was established. This project is now taking part in the Czech Award for Architecture 2019. This is the fourth year of the competition, which does not only take into account the aesthetic aspects and technical solutions of the buildings, but also its relation to the surroundings and social benefits. The nomination evening will take place on Monday, 10 June. The results of the competition will be announced at the Czech Chamber of Architects Gala Evening on November 14, 2019. Tereza Neumanová, biker from the Česká spořitelna Accolade team, supported by HSF System, surprised the cycling public. In the world cup race of mountain bikes in Nové Město na Moravě she finished in the 22nd place in the category under 23 years as the best one from Czech Republic.
HSF System achieved a turnover of CZK 4.82 billion in 2015-2017, confirming its position as the largest construction company based in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The opening ceremony of the new building of the Veleň Primary School took place in early May. The project included the construction of nine classrooms, changing rooms, dining room, gym and outdoor areas. The general contractor of the construction was HSF System. The grant for the project was provided by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic. The investment increased the school’s capacity to 290 pupils. Children from neighboring municipalities will also be able to attend the school.
As a general contractor we realize the construction of a social center and an unconventionally designed prayer room in Central Bohemia in Sedlčany. The investor is Maranatha, whose founder is the developer and philanthropist Radim Passer. The construction is planned to be completed by the end of October this year. The Social Center will offer plenty of leisure activities for children and adults. The outdoor area will serve to host various community activities. The design is based on the architectural studio A8000. The visualization is made by SDAR.
The best construction of South Bohemia was built by HSF System
We have won the title PRESTA – a prestigious building of South Bohemia in the category of Residential Buildings and Family Houses for the reconstruction and extension of one of the Dačice Hospital pavilions to the Home for the Elderly. The expert jury appreciated the positive external expression and interior design of the building, comfortable living spaces, intuitive orientation in the individual floors and well-made landscaping.
