International Film Festival Karlovy Vary Once Again with HSF System Participation
The construction group HSF System, a member of the PURPOSIA Group holding, participated in the 58th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival this year as a partner. The festival lounge at the KVIFF.TV Park, a modular structure built by HSF System, became a hub for film fans and creators to meet. In addition to film discussions, musical performances and other accompanying programs took place here. The festival offered unforgettable experiences, including the conference “How to Build a Lovebrand,” where Jan Hasík, CEO of the HSF System construction group, shared his experiences and visions in the field of building strong brands. Nine days full of world-class cinema and entertainment concluded with the PURPOSIA Party.
An outdoor coworking center was created in Ostrava at Černá louka
Residents of Ostrava have gained a new eco-friendly coworking space at Černá Louka. This unique outdoor center offers a flexible working environment in a beautiful setting. The module is equipped with photovoltaic panels to ensure self-sufficiency and Wi-Fi connectivity for comfortable work. The center is ideal for working parents and mothers on maternity leave, as it is located right next to a children’s playground. The project originated from the idea of the nonprofit organization Koutek světa pro děti and is part of the TVOŘÍME PROSTOR (CREATING SPACE) program of the city of Ostrava. The realization was managed by the international construction group HSF System from the PURPOSIA Group holding.
HSF System, a member of the PURPOSIA Group holding, will commence the construction of the Church of the Holy Trinity and the Cardinal Josef Beran Pastoral Center in Neratovice. This is an architecturally significant project designed by Zdeněk Fránek. The investor is the Neratovice Community Center Foundation. The oval-shaped church with a 22-meter high tower will become a landmark of the city. The construction, costing nearly 244 million CZK, includes sustainable features such as green roofs and a park with a pond. Completion is planned for 2027.
Karla Löffelmann shone at the home World Cup marathon and secured 6th place!
The third event of the Mountain Bike World Cup, which took place from May 24th to 26th, was once again a celebration of cycling. Karla Löffelmann, a member of the Česká spořitelna – Accolade Cycling Team, whose longtime partner is the international construction group HSF System, delivered an excellent performance in the marathon and stood her ground among the world elite. On the challenging 123 km long course at the Vysočina Arena in Nové Město na Moravě, she finished in a beautiful 6th place, confirming her outstanding form.
Successful defense of the Best Managed Companies award for HSF System
HSF System, a company belonging to the international construction group HSF System and the PURPOSIA Group holding, has defended the prestigious Best Managed Companies award given by Deloitte. “The prestigious title of the Best Managed Company in the Czech Republic has confirmed that we are active not only in environmental and social ESG criteria, but that we also have the third main ESG area, corporate governance, properly set up,” summarizes Tomáš Hess, Sales Director and Board Member of the HSF System construction group.
The trio of "green" Klokan shopping centers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia is complete!
The international construction group HSF System handed over three modern Klokan retail parks in Humpolec, Lipník nad Bečvou and Bytča. Sustainable shopping centers with a total leasable area of 16,000 m2 and 27 business units have green roofs, retention tiles and other energy-saving technologies. These new retail parks will help boost the local economy and create dozens of new jobs. The investors of the project are the development company KLM real estate and the J&T Property Opportunities Sicav fund. The construction of another OC Klokan is planned in Úpica in the Královehradecky region.
Česká spořitelna – Accolade cycling team celebrated a double victory!
On Saturday, April 13, the opening race of the Prima Cup Hradec home season took place in Hradec Králové, where the cyclists of the Česká spořitelna Accolade team shone with great performances. On the 68 km long track, Marek Rauchfuss and Karla Löffelmann won in their respective categories, and Marek Bartůněk placed in the TOP 5. Beauties on the Roads and Machines in HSF System Colors
The Forum Nová Karolina business and entertainment center in Ostrava becomes a mandatory stop for all motorcycle fans from March 23 to April 14, 2024, as it hosts the Beauties on the Roads exhibition. Alongside the latest motorcycle models from brands like Harley Davidson, BMW, and KTM, the exhibition will also feature Yamaha by Lukáš Seidler, whose main partner is HSF System. Visitors can also expect rare pieces from private collections, racing specials, and machines from leading Czech stunt riders. The event will culminate on April 13 with a adrenaline-filled Moto Show and performances by top Czech stunt performers.
The sustainable industrial Green Park Piešťany is completed and fully occupied
The construction company HSF System SK, part of the PURPOSIA Group holding, successfully completed the Green Park Piešťany project for the developer GARBE Industrial Real Estate. The complex, covering an area of more than 27,000 m2, consists of two buildings, with tenants including the companies GPV and NAUT GROUP SK. The park is equipped with its own drinking water source, recuperation units, and a photovoltaic power source. It efficiently utilizes rainwater. Due to its strategic location near the highway and excellent working conditions, Green Park Piešťany is a benefit to the entire region.
Jan Hasík has emerged as one of the finalists in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2023 competition
Jan Hasík, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the construction group HSF System, secured a place among the top five finalists in the prestigious competition held in the Czech Republic. The event, presided over by President Petr Pavel, acknowledged individuals with an innovative spirit and a strategic approach to company development in its 2023 edition. Jan Hasík from HSF System is the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2023 in the Moravian-Silesian Region
The prestigious EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2023 award for the Moravian-Silesian Region was presented by the Managing Partner of EY Czech Republic, Martina Kneiflová, and the Governor of the Moravian-Silesian Region, Jan Krkoška. Upon receiving the award, Jan Hasík stated: “I value people. I value colleagues, I value customers, and I make every effort to ensure that our entire company behaves fairly not only towards each other but also outwardly. Even if it may not be advantageous for us at some moments, we still keep our word and maintain a fair approach. I think that’s the main thing, but otherwise, business is not just about rules because anyone could learn that, but it’s also about intuition.” Jan Hasík, who also received the title in 2016, will represent the Moravian-Silesian Region at the national announcement of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2023 competition, which will take place on March 6, 2024, at Prague’s Žofín. The winner will be sent to the global finals, where they will compete with entrepreneurs from 60 countries. Modelium 2024 is kicking off: High school students are building a floating city!
What will the future look like through the eyes of high school students? A record-breaking 38 Czech and Slovak high schools specializing in construction have enrolled in the 16th edition of the international competition Modelium 2024. A total of 53 teams composed of young construction talents have embraced the challenge to create a model of a floating city from corrugated cardboard. We emphasize original ideas, creativity, and sustainability. In the competition organized by the construction group HSF System, with the support of the development group ANTRACIT and the product partner of the Association of Corrugated Cardboard Manufacturers, the best teams will share over 100,000 CZK. Because even construction needs its stars. Who will shine this year?

Open days at the VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, including the Faculty of Civil Engineering, took place on Friday and Saturday, January 26 and 27, 2024. The international construction group HSF System (a part of the PURPOSIA Group holding) actively participated, shared its professional experiences, and motivated young enthusiasts considering studying at the Faculty of Civil Engineering. For the construction group, it was not only an opportunity to present itself but also to establish connections with the upcoming generation of university students and potential future employees. This year’s Open Days at VSB-TUO attracted a record number of nearly 4,900 visitors.
HSF System Defends the Title of Construction Company of the Year
In the 16th edition of the Construction Company of the Year 2022 competition, hosted by the Association of Entrepreneurs in the Construction Industry, HSF System, a part of the construction holding PURPOSIA Group, secured the title in the Medium Construction Company category (50 to 249 employees) for the second consecutive year. The award recognizes the outstanding results the company achieved in the past year. The competition is organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague.”
The Ronald McDonald House has received an award in the Building of the Year 2023 competition
The prize in the category “Building of Extraordinary Importance” was awarded to the Ronald McDonald House at FN Motol Praha. The construction company HSF System, a part of the PURPOSIA Group holding company, participated as the general contractor in the creation of an architecturally simple and clean building with exceptional social impact. The house serves as a short-term accommodation facility for seriously ill pediatric patients and their families. The award belongs to everyone who participated in the preparation, projection, and implementation of this project. In the 31st edition of the prestigious Construction of the Year 2023 competition, 110 projects competed, with 13 of them receiving awards from the expert jury.
The absolute winner of the National Award of the Czech Republic is the company HSF System
The construction company HSF System, which is part of the newly established PURPOSIA Group, achieved an absolute victory in the National Award of the Czech Republic for social responsibility and sustainable development in the Private Sector category. One of the most prestigious domestic awards, it is presented by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in collaboration with the Quality Council of the Czech Republic, in accordance with the National Quality Policy of the Czech Republic. The National Award for the year 2023 was held under the patronage of the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Petr Fiala, the Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, Miloš Vystrčil, and the Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, Markéta Pekarová Adamová.
Without Mom: HSF System supports a school in Tanzania
Without Mom is a Czech project that helps African children without parents to stand on their own feet. Since the key to a dignified life and positive change is primarily education and the development of poor rural schools, the financial support provided jointly by the construction group HSF System and primary school in Uherské Brod went to the poor Tanzanian village of Simike. The state of the school here was alarming, but thanks to a financial donation, the foundations were built for a building with two classrooms, opening the way to education and hope for a better future for the children of Simika.
HSF System as the key supplier of the new cargo terminal at the Ostrava airport
Ostrava Airport officially opened the new Cargo2 terminal with an area of more than 4,500 m2. The construction general contractor was the international construction group HSF System. The terminal is directly connected to the check-in area and equipped with modern technology for handling air cargo. This new installation will enable to increase the cargo clearance capacity by 36 thousand tons per year, strengthen the quality of the clearance processes and increase the efficiency of the use of space. For the Moravian-Silesian Region, this means further development of cargo air transport, which ensures important connections with various regions, including Asia.
A new multi-purpose sports hall for volleyball, handball, floorball or badminton has been built in Ostrava-Třebovice. The new sports ground with stands for up to 200 people will be used by sports clubs and the public. The hall and the annex are covered with wooden cladding, the object has dimensions of 27 x 45 meters and it is 13 meters high. The general construction contractor was HSF System SK from the international construction group HSF System. The architectural design was prepared by the company PROJEKTSTUDIO EUCZ.

Construction group HSF System has become an official partner of FC Baník Ostrava Academy. The year-round and systematic preparation of children and youth focuses not only on sports performance, but also on the quality of school teaching and the comprehensive development of a young athlete. Milan Baroš, Marek Jankulovski and Tomáš Galásek are among the most famous graduates of the Baník Academy.
