Double Podium for Česká spořitelna – Accolade Team at the Season Opener
The opening race of the 2025 Prima CUP series in Hradec Králové marked a strong start to the new season for the Česká spořitelna – Accolade team. On a 67 km course with 430 meters of elevation gain, Marek Rauchfuss and Marek Bartůněk claimed the top two spots. This result confirms the team’s solid preparation and provides great motivation for upcoming races. A New Statue of St. Adalbert Installed at the Chapel in Neratovice
A new statue of St. Adalbert has been installed in the niche above the entrance to the Chapel of St. Adalbert in Neratovice. The statue symbolically completes the restoration of this site, which is connected to the saint’s story from the year 987. The work, created by sculptors Jiří Kobr and Josef Faltus, is slightly larger than life-size and was placed in the niche using a crane, with professional support from HSF System, part of the PURPOSIA Group investment group. The chapel with the statue is located next to the construction site of the new Church of the Holy Trinity with a community center, which we are building as the general contractor.

Riders of the HSF System Cycling Team are undergoing an intensive training camp in Mallorca under the guidance of Olympic champion Jaroslav Kulhavý. Talented cyclists have the opportunity to gain valuable experience from one of the best mountain bikers. HSF System established its own cycling team with the goal of supporting the development of young, promising athletes. The partnership with Jaroslav Kulhavý’s team, which also focuses on mentoring and supporting talented cyclists, is another step towards fulfilling the vision of nurturing top-level cyclists in the Czech Republic.
The third phase of construction at ARETE Park Valašské Meziříčí was carried out by the construction group HSF System. The facility, covering a built-up area of 4,200 m², meets high environmental standards thanks to its BREEAM Excellent Shell Only certification. The hall is connected to existing buildings and features modern loading doors, a 4,230 m² handling area, and a top-tier sprinkler system. The project also includes a new fire access road, fencing, and a recreational zone with a gazebo and a tennis court.
The Italian town of Cogne hosted the World Championship in winter triathlon, where Marek Rauchfuss, a member of the Česká spořitelna-Accolade cycling team, achieved an extraordinary success. In the mixed relay race, together with Aneta Grabmüller, they secured the first-ever gold medal for the Czech Republic. In the individual race, Marek added a bronze medal to his achievements. His outstanding form and determination serve as an inspiration for the entire team, which will soon compete in mountain bike races in Italy’s Garda region. Students Design a National Pavilion for EXPO in the Modelium Competition
The international construction group HSF System has launched the 17th edition of the Modelium competition. High school students from construction-related fields in the Czech Republic and Slovakia will compete in designing models of a National Pavilion for the World EXPO using corrugated cardboard. A record-breaking 83 teams from 40 schools will take part in the competition.The contest will culminate in the fall of 2025 with an international superfinal, where the best team will win CZK 25,000 and the prestigious Modelium trophy. The organizer and general partner of the Modelium competition is the construction group HSF System. The main partner is the development group ANTRACIT. Both are part of the investment group PURPOSIA Group, which is also an official partner of the Czech Pavilion at EXPO 2025 in Osaka. The product partner of the competition is the Association of Corrugated Cardboard Manufacturers.

Hotel Zavadilka Has Received a Brand-New, Modern Look
After two years of intensive work, the construction group HSF System, part of the investment group PURPOSIA Group, has completed the final phase of the extensive renovation of Wellness Hotel Zavadilka in Prostřední Bečva. This legendary building, which had remained unused for years, has been transformed into a modern wellness hotel with a capacity of 80 beds. In addition to accommodation, the hotel also offers a wellness center and a restaurant. The total cost of the construction work amounted to approximately 79 million CZK.
General delivery: Modern production and storage hall built in Vysoké Mýto
The construction company HSF System from the PURPOSIA Group investment group has completed the construction of a new production and storage hall for the company Mikroelektronika in Vysoké Mýto. The new building with a built-up area of 1,531 m² meets all the requirements for modern industrial buildings. The hall will be used for the production and storage of electronic components. The project brought an effective solution for the layout and functional arrangement and also included a connection with the existing building.
The new Hladnovská Clinic expands healthcare services in Ostrava
HSF System, part of the investment group PURPOSIA Group, has completed the construction of the new Hladnovská Clinic in Slezská Ostrava. The modern two-story building offers patients barrier-free access and specialized medical services, including neurology and dentistry. The construction took place from February to November 2024 and was completed on schedule, with a strong emphasis on technical precision and quality execution.
HSF System Built the Klokan Shopping Center in Úpice
HSF System, part of the Purposia Group investment group, acted as the general contractor for the Klokan Shopping Center in Úpice. The single-story building, shaped like the letter “L,” features six separate rental units with a total area of 3,230 m² and technical facilities. The roof is prepared for the installation of photovoltaic panels. The center includes modern retail spaces with direct access, loading ramps, and a retention tank for efficient rainwater management. The project was commissioned by the development company KLM Real Estate.

The Czech Republic Cyclocross Championship 2025 took place on January 11 in Jičín, near the Šibeňák pond. The prestigious event’s general partner was HSF System, a member of the Purposia Group investment company. Competitors in the men’s, women’s, junior, and junior women’s categories battled for titles on a 2,600-meter-long course. Spectators enjoyed thrilling races on a technically challenging track. HSF SYSTEM CUP: The Cyclocross Championship in Ostrava Attracted Hundreds of Competitors.
Over the weekend, cyclocross races of the Czech Cup HSF SYSTEM CUP, UCI C2 category, and the HSF System Ostrava Grand Prix, UCI C1 level, took place in the iconic setting of Dolní Vítkovice. The races saw the participation of 660 riders from nine countries. Many exciting battles unfolded on the three-kilometer circuit. The top spots were claimed by Belgians Alicia Franck and Victor van de Putte, who managed to win on both race days. HSF System as the General Contractor for the Construction of a Modern Logistics Park in Slovenia
The international construction group HSF System, part of the PURPOSIA Group holding, is the general contractor for the first building in the newly developing LOGspot Logatec logistics park in Slovenia. This project, which will provide 26,000 m² of warehouse space in the largest industrial zone outside the capital, is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2025. With direct access to the A1 highway and modern eco-friendly technologies, LOGspot Logatec is set to become a key logistics hub for the region. The developer of the project is the Slovak company Atrios, which is expanding its presence in Central and Southeastern Europe through this initiative. The first tenant will be Milšped Slovenia, a company specializing in comprehensive logistics solutions.
The Journey to Neratovice's First Church Begins: Foundation Stone Blessed by the Archbishop
The residents of Neratovice are one step closer to having their first church. On Wednesday, September 18, Prague Archbishop Jan Graubner blessed the foundation stone of the Church of the Holy Trinity, which is being built by the construction group HSF System from the PURPOSIA Group holding company as the general contractor. The project is spearheaded by the Neratovice Community Center Foundation. The design, reminiscent of Noah’s Ark, was created by architect Zdeněk Fránek. In addition to the church, the project will include the Cardinal Beran Community Center, which will provide a space for both the parish and the general public to meet. The construction emphasizes sustainability and low-energy solutions.
